We want CourtShield orders to feel simple and fair. If you have an issue with your order, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant.

Return window

Unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, worn eyewear, scratched lenses, used accessories, and items damaged through normal use may not be returnable unless there is a verified product defect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
