Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at 1909753501@qq.com. Our return address is: No. 36, Qitou, Baokeng Village, Jiaowei Town, Xianyou County, Putian, Fujian 351253, China. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping and paying the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact us before returning an item if you have questions about eligibility.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, request a return first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and tell you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional processing time.
